Steve Herndon is an Alabama-based attorney who treats clients with the commitment, care, and compassion they deserve. With over thirty years of experience, he has handled hundreds of cases in Alabama federal and state courts.
His cases involve: wrongful death, personal injury, trucking and automobile accidents, construction accidents, construction defect, civil rights, slip and fall, bad faith, property damage, indemnity and insurance coverage, and workers compensation.
As a trial lawyer in Alabama, Steve has tried cases in Autauga, Butler, Dale, Jefferson, Lee, Montgomery, Tallapoosa, and Winston counties. Additionally, he has tried cases in the Northern and Middle District of Alabama federal courts. In most of these cases, the trial verdict was more favorable than the offer extended before trial.
Steve was born in Greene County, Alabama and grew up in Sumter County. He attended Auburn University and graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1992. Steve and his wife Helen have three, grown daughters and attend Trinity Presbyterian Church in Montgomery, Alabama.

LINDSEY KILLOUGH
Lindsey Killough is an advanced certified paralegal through NALA, a national paralegal association. She first worked with Steve while still in high school. Their long-standing relationship allows them to work effectively and efficiently for their clients. Over the last fifteen years Lindsey has worked on civil, criminal, and appellate cases in state and federal courts.
Lindsey grew up in Montgomery, Alabama and graduated from Faulkner University with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. Lindsey and her husband Jason have two children and are actively involved in their church.
